Although all the guys who came out were helpful, I want to especially thank Brody, a very pleasant and professional young man. We found it necessary to decline the first... read more set of front security door screens, as the frames were too wide and showing in the area where only screen should show, we assessed. Brody came to install the new screens, and the same problem was apparent, the frames too visible in the field that should be screen-only visible. But Brody took, we think, about 4 hours to do what might have been a one-hour job. He had to manipulate the 3 screens/ door by turning them and finessing them until he found the 3-screen combination that minimized the amount of frame showing, making the job appear very neat, until we were pleased. He also took pains to minimize the number of holes he drilled in the door, which we also appreciated. I want to emphasize how diligent and smart he was, taking measurements and figuring out how to position the screens. Brody has great energy, and was a pleasure to work with and have at our home. He communicated with us as necessary, calling us out to approve the arrangement if there was any question. He was respectful of our wishes, and invariably patient, courteous, and polite, even when I think a lot of people might of become frustrated and impatient with our desire to have the neat look we wanted in the front door. However... read more this entire project was at risk because Riley, the salesman behaved like a used salesmen. Tried to increase the price by 6K, after contract and deposit given.. claimed I gave him wrong information which is absolutely not true….until the owner and his boss got involved, and agreed to make the one required change, this contract would have been given to someone else.. he should be fired and I suggest anyone interested in this company, avoid Riley at all cost…
