Now, fast forward... read more approx 16 months, I was sitting at work and there was a loud crash. I went to see what happened and the window SHATTERED. I couldn't figure out what possibly could've happened because there was literally NO ONE around and the weather was GREAT. I watched the surveillance footage and saw the window literally break from the top and shattered. I called trueview because I couldn't have a wide open hole into my business and they tell me right off the bat there is no warranty because it's been too long (again 16 months). I did have them come for an emergency board up which was about $700 less than the actual window itself. Then I'm supposed to come up with another $1800 at least for the new window. I am a VERY small business owner and summertime in AZ is bad for businesses like mine as they do slow down and $1800 is not pocket change for me. So just fair warning, be careful with this company because it's not their concern if the "quality" that they bring is NOT GUARANTEED and will find a loophole somewhere to not replace their defective or substandard products. And just a footnote, if I didn't have 3 other windows of the same size that have been here since the building was built, and they have had no issues of cracking, breaking, shattering etc I might have a different opinion. Just please beware!

Their solution for the privacy window also reduced the transmission of sunlight. Our bathroom doesn’t get as warm as it used to…a BIG improvement. The price was very competitive and the scheduling was faster than the other glass company we considered. The installers was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. We’re glad we chose them for our project.
