Commercial Project Manager – Phoenix

About the Position
True View is seeking a full-time project manager for our growing commercial team in Phoenix, Arizona. The project manager will oversee our commercial projects and work with the commercial team to ensure projects are running smoothly, within budget, and completed on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial glass and glazing industry and be self-motivated, ambitious, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to grow our commercial department at True View. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage multiple construction projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of the department and assist staff in advancing potential projects through each stage.
  • Manage submittal process with contractors; prepare, submit, and review returned submittals.
  • Release and track procurement of materials monitor commercial inventory prior to ordering materials, and access inventory if available.
  • Prepare and submit change orders.
  • Manage close out procedures and documents.
  • Manage customer satisfaction, project budgets, quality of work, and completion dates for all projects.
  • Assist field supervisor with communication with customer, architects, owners, and suppliers, including jobsite visits and onsite meetings.
  • Project billing and billing follow-up with customers/contractors. Work with and assist accounting to stay in line with any outstanding accounts receivable issues.
  • Monitor and confirm field paperwork – correct errors.
  • Schedule all commercial work, including jobsite visits for field foreman and estimators.
  • Oversee and schedule warranty issues in the field.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the glass and glazing industry, preferably in commercial installations.
  • Experience reading plans, understanding shop drawings, delta changes and revisions to plans.
  • Knowledge of glass and glazing / door & hardware manufacturers.
  • Knowledge of safety codes.
  • Manage multiple projects large and small at one time.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Experience with task scheduling and resource assignments.
  • Experienced user of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Prefer experience with Salesforce & BuildTools software.
  • TEAM player.
  • Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.

Window Salesperson – Phoenix & Denver

Responsibilities Include:
Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally
Meet prospective customers in their homes and assist them with their window and door purchasing decisions
Maintain manufacturer and product knowledge
Provide price quotes and proposals
Set, meet, and exceed goals

Required Qualifications:
Familiarity with various window and door manufacturers, their products, and installation methods
Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation
Prior sales experience
Must be able to read and perform takeoffs from blueprints
Computer literacy
TEAM player
Candidate must pass a drug test and background check

Residential & Commercial Glaziers – Phoenix & Denver

Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately measure for reglazes, mirrors, showers
  • Identify glass types, thicknesses, colors, etc.
  • Repair windows and sliding glass doors
  • Identify parts needed to correctly perform the work
  • Be able to work off a ladder or scaffolding
  • Load and verify materials needed for daily route
  • Maintain product knowledge and learn new products as they become available
  • Clean all work areas to “better than arrival” company standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Pass a background and drug test
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of two years’ experience installing or servicing residential windows
  • Be dependable, on time, have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve conflicts
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills

Window, Door & Shower Installers – Phoenix & Denver

Responsibilities include:

  • Measure and install various types of replacement windows, doors and showers
  • Remove and dispose of old windows and doors
  • Be able to work off a ladder or scaffolding
  • Caulk professionally
  • Work closely with Sales Department to assure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain product knowledge and learn new products as they become available
  • Clean all work areas to “better than arrival” company standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Pass a background and drug test
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of two years’ experience installing or servicing residential windows
  • Be dependable, on time, have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Customer Service Representative – Phoenix

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering heavy incoming phones
  • Quoting repair costs and inside sales
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Calling customers to discuss their order. We are a high-volume window and glass repair shop and prior experience in our industry is a huge plus.

Experience required:

  • Must have previous experience with customer service over the phone, preferably in the service industry
  • Data entry knowledge
  • Previous industry experience (glass, showers, windows, screens) a HUGE plus but we are willing to train the right person
  • Must be dependable, have excellent phone skills, hardworking, basic math skills, able to multitask and a team player.

Helpers – Phoenix & Denver

Responsibilities include: Assisting above positions with all projects in the field.

Experience required: Ideal candidate will have worked as a helper or apprentice in the construction or glass industry. Must be hard working, able to multitask and be a team player.
