Warehouse Manager/Inventory Control – Phoenix

About the Position
True View has an immediate opening in our warehouse. We are looking for a team player with a valid driver’s license, who is dependable and has inventory and receiving experience. Pay DOE

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage staff and maintain procedures for cleanliness, safety & maintenance of warehouse.
  • Learn and/or understand use of company technology. Data entry into CRM program.
  • Assist with daily, monthly, quarterly and annual Inventory control.
  • Assist with staging of products and product rotation.
  • Receive, verify and label inbound products.
  • Operate fork lift and pallet jacks.
  • Monitor PO’s. Correspond with Vendors.
  • Monitor quality control of in shop products.
  • Assist field personnel as needed.
  • Work directly with other departments.
  • Assist will call customers including measuring new windows, screens, etc. Verify paperwork for accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in both warehouse setting and inventory control.
  • Computer literate.
  • Knowledge of safety codes.
  • Knowledge of window / Door / glass / hardware industry preferred.
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts calmly.
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills.
  • Manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Lifting requirements – minimum of 75-100 pounds.

Residential & Commercial Glaziers – Phoenix & Denver

Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately measure for reglazes, mirrors, showers
  • Identify glass types, thicknesses, colors, etc.
  • Repair windows and sliding glass doors
  • Identify parts needed to correctly perform the work
  • Be able to work off a ladder or scaffolding
  • Load and verify materials needed for daily route
  • Maintain product knowledge and learn new products as they become available
  • Clean all work areas to “better than arrival” company standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Pass a background and drug test
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of two years’ experience installing or servicing residential windows
  • Be dependable, on time, have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve conflicts
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills

Window, Door & Shower Installers – Phoenix & Denver

Responsibilities include:

  • Measure and install various types of replacement windows, doors and showers
  • Remove and dispose of old windows and doors
  • Be able to work off a ladder or scaffolding
  • Caulk professionally
  • Work closely with Sales Department to assure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain product knowledge and learn new products as they become available
  • Clean all work areas to “better than arrival” company standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Pass a background and drug test
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of two years’ experience installing or servicing residential windows
  • Be dependable, on time, have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve conflicts
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills

Customer Service Representative – Phoenix

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering heavy incoming phones
  • Quoting repair costs and inside sales
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Calling customers to discuss their order. We are a high-volume window and glass repair shop and prior experience in our industry is a huge plus.

Experience required:

  • Must have previous experience with customer service over the phone, preferably in the service industry
  • Data entry knowledge
  • Previous industry experience (glass, showers, windows, screens) a HUGE plus but we are willing to train the right person
  • Must be dependable, have excellent phone skills, hardworking, basic math skills, able to multitask and a team player.

Helpers – Phoenix & Denver

Responsibilities include: Assisting above positions with all projects in the field.

Experience required: Ideal candidate will have worked as a helper or apprentice in the construction or glass industry. Must be hard working, able to multitask and be a team player.
