Landon Pena was the installation technician that installed my replacement window glass. He was very knowledgeable and informative. The window glass I needed replaced was from a very old 1985 window well. He explained what he needed to do, and explained the condition of the previous owners attempt to secure the glass. He installed the new glass. He was polite, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. Landon went the extra mile to explain to me how they replace the old steel window well frames with an updated and very much needed window when I am able to replace my windows. I will be using this company again. I highly recommend True Value windows, and Landon Peña as your service technician.

James was really nice to work with all my questions asked and needs.

Steven and James did A wonderful job. They were here right when they said they would be here. They worked very efficiently and were done very quickly. No muss,No mess. They were very polite and super nice.

Chris and Mike were outstanding! Friendly and efficient service. This new window works like a charm, it opens and closes with almost no resistance at all!

James did our glass replacement installation. Called before he arrived, he arrived early in the designated timeslot window and got right to work. Helped move furniture as needed, got the windows out and replaced quickly. He knew what he was doing. When he was done he heard me close one of the windows and he could tell it locked hard. He asked about it when he could have just walked out. He said we don't want subpar, went outside did some adjustments and now it works like a charm. Good job James, you did a great job.

Today I had Steven and Jeff do the service at my house, they changed out rollers on a patio door and fix a bedroom window. We have a very heavy sliding glass door which was very hard to slide so called TrueView to fix it. James and Daniel came out and had it fixed in no time! Not only did they have to remove the sliding door but also had to remove the large window next to it. They did this with such precision and skill -- made it look effortless. Then they installed a new track which looks great -- like it will last a lifetime (unlike the old one)! And then they vacuumed and cleaned everything up -- left absolutely NO mess at all. They were very professional, friendly, and thoughtful. They are a true asset to your company and represented your company well. We appreciate you hiring men like that!! They are keepers!! I cannot say enough about my experience with True View! From my very first informational phone call, to all of my interactions with Liana and the staff, and finally James and Robert coming to deliver the glass to my home everyone was the best! The genuine care, knowledge, and professionalism was remarkable. James and Robert, who brought my glass table top and curio cabinet piece, were super friendly and very articulate so much so they cleaned the glass to perfection once it was installed. I will be using True View in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing glass works done.
