...So, just before Christmas 2025, my wife was deeply mourning the loss of our oldest son Anthony, whom we lost back in 2003 but still hurts every holiday season. I wanted to do something deeply special to help her feel better. We had to move from the home (where we all lived with our son) soon after he passed. Our son gave my wife a glass suguaro cactus for her birthday in June, then he passed in Aug. The glass cactus broke during the move, and in the process breaking my wife's heart. She boxed up the broken pieces where it stayed for over two decades. I remembered what happened, found the box, and secretly put it aside to try and find a glass company to have it repaired and hoped I could help fix my wife's broken heart in the process. I went on a mission to find this special glass shop, first taking it to a place where I thought maybe they could repair it. They could not (didn't have the special manufacturing capabilities), but referred me to two others including True View. I called True View while still on the road, on my mission determined to get this special piece fixed for my wife.

Mr. Wesley Taylor answered the phone and I shared my story, he asked me to take the broken pieces to him to see what they could do. So I brought the broken glass cactus to him in a box, and he had one of his best people look at it to see if it was repairable. The man said he thought he could, and Wesley was so touched by my story he said he got approval to pay for the repair for FREE. I was prepared to pay, but he refused. A few weeks later I got a text from Wesley that it was ready.

I drove my wife to True View, and unbeknownst to her we walked into the lobby and Wesley brought it out. My wife immediately knew what it was, and was in shock and disbelief, and began to cry with deep gratitude as did I 🙏 We are truly Grateful for True View, Mr. Taylor, and the gentleman who repaired it. They did an incredible job to fix and restore what we thought would be lost forever (it's as beautiful as when our son first gave it to my wife). My wife and I will never forget this very kind gesture. Your company is truly Special and Caring. Thank you and God Bless you all!!

The entire process was effortless and very professional. I priced several companies to do this window and True View was cheaper by a couple hundred dollars of most. The installer Nick B was very professional competent and friendly to talk to. I would highly recommend this company to replace any window in any establishment.

While the workmanship and products are excellent, the customer service is lacking. Poor communication with the office and instead of calling with the final bill they just automatically charged my card. We would have given them a check but didn't have the choice.

True View is a great company with wonderful employees, I have never had a bad experience with anyone from the estimating team, to scheduling and install. Vincent is very responsive and helpful in answering questions and concerns and Vanessa is persistent with her follow up for scheduling and customer satisfaction. I am a Realtor and refer them to all of my clients, I've never had any negative feedback about them. I recently used them to replace the windows in a condo that I own. Demetri and Alex were awesome! Finished in half the time and left the home spotless and, of course, the windows look great!

True View did an installation of two patio sliding glass doors; arrived on time and were professional, careful and attentive to leaving the worksite clean and pleasant to deal with. Love the doors, they’re beautiful and very energy efficient. Hector came promptly the next day to repair the stucco around the door.

Russ and Jordan repaired the track on my sliding glass door. It barely opened before the fix but works perfectly now. 👍👍

Had to have one of our large multi-panel slider panes replaced. The window panes are massive. Called and spoke to Julie who was very knowledgeable and responsive. Many of the companies we called didn't know if they could even replace the slider pane which made me feel very uneasy. After speaking with Julie, I felt very confident with True View taking on the job. She also matched another companies quote. Installation took about an hour and the slider looks fantastic. The crew did an amazing job on installation, cleaning up the work area and moving furniture back as if there were never here. Would highly recommend True View for any window repair/replacement.

I am very impressed with the integrity of True View.
True View installed my Simonton Windows several years ago. This past summer we had issues with our house getting warm. The installation was missing from the windows. Even though the work was out of warranty, True View fixed the installation issues as if it was still under warranty. The team they sent was fabulous, Demetri, Alex, Isais, and Michelle. They were all very professional and pleasant. They were all very skilled. After all the work was done, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site. I recommend True View as a company to do business with.
