We had an emergency, and True View saved us a huge headache. Someone threw a rock at one of our business windows, shattering it. We didn't realize this until business hours were almost over. After frantically calling several places, the representative at True View was able to get us in for an emergency service to board up our window overnight. When it came to the window repair itself, Brandon and Daniel did an exceptional job. They were communicative, letting us know when they were on their way and finished with the project. We had a window with a bad seal that ended up needing to be replaced. They were the only place I could find that actually had the expertise to assess what was going on and the needed fix. The technician who came out to assess was great and the install work was well done (and very fast).
I gave a 4 star because the office was hard to work with. We got scheduled ok, but then the work was delayed and I had to call several times to sort out what was going on (with long holds each time).
