True View Windows and Glass was entrusted with the complete window and door package for the clubhouse, including all window, storefront, and sliding door systems. The project scope also encompassed intricate interior glass installations, adding a layer of refined detail to the project. The team installed seven doors with varying side lite configurations, two sliding door systems, two clerestory window sets, and fourteen Milgard windows.
The project presented unique challenges. Working alongside the general contractor, True View’s commercial team navigated a dynamic environment, adapting to revised architectural and general contractor drawings throughout the project’s timeline, which extended into late 2024. This required daily course corrections from the Phoenix team in order to produce quality work through an ever-changing vision for the final results.
