COVID-19 Safety Precautions
Keeping your family and our technicians safe is our top priority. True View is compliant with CDC guidelines for COVID-19, and has taken extra precautions as well. We encourage you to call, text or reach us through our website. For increased safety, we have increased cleaning measures, minimized paperwork and added contactless payment options.

• Updated Showroom Policies: If you do choose to stop by our showroom, masks and social distancing are required. True View employees who aren’t feeling well are required to stay home. We ask customers experiencing COVID-19 symptoms to please stay home as well in order to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and other customers.

• True View Technicians Visiting Your Home: Our technicians wear face masks, gloves and shoe coverings in each home. We maintain social distancing when possible and sanitize our hands and workspaces frequently. If anyone in your home has recently tested positive for COVID-19, has recently been in close contact with someone who tested positive, or is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment.
