Lisa was easy to work with. James and David were fantastic on the installation. They arrived exactly on time and were done with a project that was estimated to take eight hours in just over two. They were curious, professional, and left us with no mess and some great looking windows and screens.

So nice and so rare to have a good experience with a service company. From my first interaction with true view, I was impressed. They were responsive communicative, and follow up was very good. Today I had Steven and Jeff do the service at my house, they changed out rollers on a patio door and fix a bedroom window. I am also a customer service director for a plumbing trade company, and it’s nice to see craftsman that know their job and are customer service oriented. Thank you TruView team.

We have a very heavy sliding glass door which was very hard to slide so called TrueView to fix it. James and Daniel came out and had it fixed in no time! Not only did they have to remove the sliding door but also had to remove the large window next to it. They did this with such precision and skill -- made it look effortless. Then they installed a new track which looks great -- like it will last a lifetime (unlike the old one)! And then they vacuumed and cleaned everything up -- left absolutely NO mess at all. They were very professional, friendly, and thoughtful. They are a true asset to your company and represented your company well. We appreciate you hiring men like that!! They are keepers!! I cannot say enough about my experience with True View! From my very first informational phone call, to all of my interactions with Liana and the staff, and finally James and Robert coming to deliver the glass to my home everyone was the best! The genuine care, knowledge, and professionalism was remarkable. James and Robert, who brought my glass table top and curio cabinet piece, were super friendly and very articulate so much so they cleaned the glass to perfection once it was installed. I will be using True View in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing glass works done.

Robert is excellent. He listens and understands the issues. He was able to correct an order issue for the window sunscreens that we wanted. Once all the order was ready, he delivered and installed the screens. They look great!!

We recently had new doors installed and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Dimitri and Alex were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and clearly took great pride in their work.

They advertised in a magazine that they provide free estimates however when I called they said they charge $100. for estimates in Fort Collins.
